10 tips for healthy teeth!

Tip 1: Visit the dentist and dental hygienist regularly

Problems can be resolved in a timely manner and it helps keep your mouth fresh and clean.

Tip 2: Fluoride

Use a toothpaste with fluoride. This makes your teeth stronger and your teeth are less likely to be damaged.

Tip 3: 2 minutenregel

Brush for at least 2 minutes. This ensures that you can thoroughly brush all surfaces of your teeth.

Tip 4: Flossing/Flossing!

Floss and brush your teeth every day. Preferably in the evening before going to sleep. You can floss with thread or brushes and use toothpicks that are available in different sizes.

Tip 5: Be careful with sugar

Sugar attacks the enamel of the teeth and causes damage to the teeth.

Tip 6: drink water

Soft drinks, fruit juice and syrup damage the teeth and are a cause of caries.

Tip 7: Brush!

Sounds obvious, but brush your teeth at least twice a day. Preferably after a meal.

Tip 8: Kraken?

Don't use your teeth to crack nuts or open beer bottles. The teeth don't like that very much!

Tip 9: Learned at a young age...

Oral hygiene starts when the first tooth comes through. When a child learns to brush and care for their teeth properly, this will ensure healthier teeth later in life.

Tip 10: Toothbrush

Use the right toothbrush and renew it every 3 months.
