Reimbursements

Depending on the policy conditions of your additional health insurance, the costs are fully or partially eligible for reimbursement. We recommend that you check the amounts that are reimbursed on your health insurer's website. Your bill will be sent directly to your health insurer or DFA. So you do not have to pay us immediately. If you do not have additional insurance, you can pay by card or cash.

In our practice, every patient is treated with the utmost care. The code and tariff system has been established by the government (NZA, Dutch Healthcare Authority) for a number of years. These rates are based on periodontics procedures and prices are based on an hourly rate for prevention.


Below you will find the rates in our practice, these are valid until December 31, 2023.

Pay

We use Infomedics. If you have any questions about this, please contact Infomedics directly: 036-2031900 (€ 0.35 per call).


You can also submit the invoice to your health insurance yourself. In practice you can pay in cash or by card. You can use the invoice you receive to declare the costs.


If you are not insured, you can pay in cash or by card after your treatment. You will receive the invoice.
